WHAT I DO 

As a child wellness advocate with over three decades of experience as a physical education teacher, I’ve worked with thousands of children and have observed a steep decline in both physical and mental health, especially over the last 10 years.

I am passionate about turning this around! By working with families on good nutrition and creating a home environment that both supports and nurtures, together we can create a strong foundation leading to improved physical and mental health for children.

Supporting families with both 1-on-1 consulting, and group coaching, my goal is to help kids move through childhood feeling strong, empowered, and confident!
